Located near the end of a quiet dead end road in Welches, Oregon. Short path to Sandy River. Easy access to HWY 26 and only 15 minutes to Government Camp or Sandy Ridge mountain biking. Enjoy the relaxing surroundings while staying in a newly renovated cabin with all the comforts of home. 2 night min. stay seasonally/Fri/Sat but possibly accept a 1 night stay...just ask. ***IMPORTANT***From December - April we maintain access to the basement apartment unit from Friday-Sunday (ski season!). This is an entirely separate unit with separate entrances. There are no spaced spaces. There will be no interaction. If you're OK with this, please proceed! Views of Oregon's oldest golf course, Hunchback Mountain which is filled with trees and at night the stars are so clear. Our Mt. Hood chalet has stunning architecture, is located off a quiet road, and backs to a vast and private forest with a small creek. Enjoy multiple indoor levels and explore outdoor decks and beautiful terraced garden spaces and soak in the Oregon Hot Springs hot tub. The home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and streaming. The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

Riverside Retreat w/Hot Tub

Enjoy a rejuvenating stay for your trip to Mt. Hood in our peaceful, pet-friendly riverfront cabin. Located on the Salmon River, this Cabin is full of 60's charm and equipped with modern conveniences like a hot tub, high speed Wifi and washer/dryer to make your stay comfortable. Make s'mores by the river or cozy up with a good book by the indoor fireplace. Several bars & restaurants are within a 5 minute drive and it's only 20 minutes to SkiBowl.

*water pressure issue has been fixed! Niksen House is located just outside of Mt. Hood National Forest, 20 minutes from ski areas and an hour from Portland. The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities. Conveniently located within an hour of Portland, yet tucked away and immersed in the woods. Come get cozy by the fire in this newly decorated & remodeled listing. Minutes to hiking trails, restaurants, groceries and year-round activities. Enjoy listening to the Zigzag River on the deck or while relaxing in our hot tub, tucked away in the backyard. The full kitchen is ready for your creations and we love dogs so they are welcome!

Our cozy, pet-friendly cabin has been remodeled top to bottom. It has an open floor plan and will sleep 2 comfortably in the loft with fold outs below suitable for 2 singles. Sandy Ridge Trail is right around the corner, Wildwood Park is across the way, and Mt Hood is a short 15 minute drive. Close to some great Eats and Drinks. We recently added a clawfoot tub with on demand hot water for a lovely soak outdoors!

Located near The Resort at the Mountain, you're only 20 miles to Timberline Lodge and all of Mt. Hood's splendor. The Upper and Lower Salmon River Trailheads are just up the road, and a multitude of other hiking opportunities nearby.

Charming Haven in the Woods-Little Chestnut Cabin

Little Chestnut Cabin is a two bedroom, one bath cabin, tucked into the woods of Mount Hood National Forest. The structure was entirely renovated in 2019 to bring modern comforts to a rustic space which opens onto a deck with a fenced space, overgrown with native plants and towering trees.
