We host our families beach shack in North Binalong Bay, quite and surrounded by the Bay of Fires/larapuna. Less than a 5 minute walk to Baileys Beach, close to the mountain bike trails of Bay of Fires (10min) and St Helens (20min). Very comfortable new 3 bedroom dwelling on acreage, centrally located and overlooking the Ringarooma River and campgrounds It's north easterly aspect and large L shaped veranda provide sun all day long. "Blazeaway" is the dwelling closest to the street on the site. It's kitchen melds seamlessly into the dining and living area, and with cathedral ceilings throughout it feels amazingly spacious. Spacious self contained cottage on a working cattle and prime lamb farm. Other farm animals include, friendly dogs, chooks, horses and a noisy donkey! Perfect location to set up as a base for NE Tassie adventures. Check out my guidebook. There is plenty to see and do in this area, so consider staying for two or more nights to explore our magnificent Pyengana valley, the Blue Tier walking and MTB trails and the must see St Columba waterfalls. Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.

Kersbrook Cottage near Derby

Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.
