It is comfortable & designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more. It is located 950m from the start of the Blue Derby MTB Trails. The house has been set up for MTB'ers in mind. Suitable for Families, small groups & is also pet friendly. It has a bike garage to lock MTB's in overnight, an outdoor hot/cold shower, undercover BBQ and a private large rear deck.

Spacious self contained cottage on a working cattle and prime lamb farm. Other farm animals include, friendly dogs, chooks, horses and a noisy donkey! Perfect location to set up as a base for NE Tassie adventures. Check out my guidebook. There is plenty to see and do in this area, so consider staying for two or more nights to explore our magnificent Pyengana valley, the Blue Tier walking and MTB trails and the must see St Columba waterfalls. Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.
