Quaint Guest Loft in the town of Ashland. In the heart of town, within minutes of walking to Ashland University. University is a 5 minute walk. One block from Freer Field with walking paths and where the Ashland Hot Air Balloon Fest is held every July 4th. Short drive to Mochican State Park. Take a hike, mountain bike, ride horses on the many bridle trails, canoe, fish and picnic. Explore the many restaurants, golf courses and farmers market. We will be there for you as often as needed.

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

The Cottage

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Guests can unwind in peace or head downtown for more excitement. A well-scrubbed floor, a snug bed, a hot shower, all manner of breakfast sundries and a full kitchen awaits your leisure. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the south end of town.15 minute walk,3 minute drive to downtown Oberlin.Cvs and Mcdonalds are across the street.The bike path is less than a city block away and there's a community park about 1 city block away.And a 25 minute drive to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised.
