Located at the quieter south end of Riversdale, just across the road from the beach. Walk through the gate to a special unique space! The main house offers a comfortable king size bed, kitchen with modern appliances, spacious living and dining area. Step outside onto the large deck to 3 extra rooms. Studio 1 - 2 rooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other has bunk beds with an adjoining bathroom/shower, between them. Studio 2 - large studio with sofa, queen sized bed and ensuite.

It's situated on the beach front in the sand dunes, only 50 meters from the shop and park, and a short walk on the beach to the north "surf club flag area". Fun walks in either direction with reefs at each end of the beach for fishing or for fossicking with the kids at low tide for interesting crabs and shellfish. Enjoy our holiday bach!

The property is about 2 mins to anywhere around the hutt central, 2 mins drive to hutt city council and queens gate, swiming pool, super market. also direct opposite the property is ludlam park which free parking for big trucks or motohome. the property got very good morning and afternoon sun, very private property which got big distance from neighbor. the property no allow any party, smoke and pet.
