Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

PLEASE NOTE: This unique space has very low ceilings and may not accommodate people over 6 feet tall comfortably. PLEASE NOTE: Unit 2 only has one designated parking spot. Any extra cars in your party must park on the side of the road next to the bushes.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Ocean views from Kennebunkport to Cape Neddick and a gorgeous half mile sandy beach right outside your door! Watch the sunrise and the sunset over the sandy Drakes Island shores. Enjoy daily walks on the beach or take a walk on the peaceful trails nearby alongside the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge & Laudholm Farm, and go to town for restaurants, arcades and more fun. It doesn’t get better than this !

The Crow's Nest

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
