Beautiful panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and coastline of Long Island. Pair this home with the adjacent Rock Hill Villa to accommodate groups of up to 14 in six private bedroom suites. Perfect of groups that prefer to spread out and have more privacy. This villa can also be rented independently.

Our 2 bed 2 bath Villa accommodates up to 4 people . They have full kitchen (just like home), 2 sofas, screened in porch , grill, plus a car and a breathtaking view! The stairs lead to the beach and snorkel lagoon. You may be able to use a vehicle if avalible, there is a 1X $55.00 maintenance fee paid on arrival, we cannot guarantee that a car is always available. Perfect Central location, close to Grocery, Restaurants & Deans Blue Hole.

They both have full kitchens, 2 sofas, screened in porch, gas grill & and a breathtaking view! Even if calendar says booked contact me ,I have 4 villas. To drive car you must be 25, there is a 1x $55.00 vehicle use fee paid on arrival, we cannot guarantee that a car is always available.
