1 Bedroom Apartment

Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

Pine Street Studio

Welcome to the Pine Street Studio. We are just 5 blocks (1/2 mile) from the center of town in a residential neighborhood. This unit has it's own private entrance and dedicated parking spot right outside the front door to the unit. It's a spacious studio with full kitchen and bathroom. We live in the main house. You'll have complete privacy during your stay but we're available should you need anything. Our occupancy limit is two guests regardless of age (a child of any age counts as a guest).

The Wolf Den is a beautiful, spacious, third level (elevator or stairs) offering guests the largest 3 bedroom, 2 bath floor plan (2,400ft). Comfortably sleeping 7, this floor plan has plenty of space. Seamless checkin with access code-easily bring your things from parking area inside. Centrally located places you in proximity to all valley has to offer. Some nearby attractions include local wineries, Climbing Gym, Town Toyota Center & Wild Ice Rink, Lowe’s & downtown shops/restaurants nearby.

Experience Leavenworth in a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome with amazing views. T The downstairs offers a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, 1/2 bath, and deck. Upstairs has a king bedroom with ensuite and private deck, and a queen bedroom with adjacent bath. This townhouse sleeps 4, with option for 6 using the sofa sleeper. Rate is based on 4 guests. Extra guests over 12 are an additional $15+tax/guest. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and trails.

Kitchen is fully stocked and there's a cozy reading couch to snuggle into. In the summer you can meet our chickens and see the wine grapes out back. Hop on the bike trails right from the house and explore all that Roslyn has to offer- Trust us, there's no better place to unwind!

The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

Wedge Mountain View Studio

Enjoy Leavenworth by staying just outside the fray of the town. This studio apartment is 1.5 miles south of town on Icicle road. Relax on the couch with views of Wedge mountain. We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.
