Welcome to our home! This space features a private entrance, its own garden patio and a newly renovated bathroom. We have decorated this fully furnished suite with thoughtful touches and provide a locals guide to dining and entertainment in the area. We are across the street from historic Charles Towne Landing, 5 miles from downtown Charleston, 8 miles from Magnolia Plantation, 12 miles from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from the airport. We are fully permitted by the city of Charleston.

Take in the peace, calm, and hospitality of Charleston at this small, quaint, stand-alone cottage. The studio is situated on our property and shares an outdoor lounge and dining area. Located in the neighborhood of Ashley Forest, a small corner of Avondale, you are walking distance to breweries, cafes, wine bars, sushi restaurants and more. Downtown is a 10 minute ride share away, and there is also a bus stop five minutes from the property that will take you to the heart of King Street.

Marsh House: A Colorful Charleston Getaway

Feel like you are stepping into the pages of AD magazine with the colorful design of the Marsh House. Only 10 minutes from downtown, 20 from the beach, and 5 from some of Charleston's best food and bars you will love the central location. This private guest suite is located on a quiet street on the marsh, offering beautiful sunset walks just outside your door. The Marsh House offers one cozy bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa making it ideal for a romantic getaway or small family retreat.

Close to many of the most popular wedding venues, plantations, and all the secret places the LowCountry has to offer.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on.
