What would you say to someone who is visiting Athens for the first time, with friends or family? What would you suggest someone who is about to visit Athens for business? Well, my recommendation would be for him/her to stay downtown, to live as a true Athenian in one of the coolest, most culturally vibrant areas of Athens! Well, can you think of something cooler than a fully renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms in Thiseio, located in a walking distance from everything you need to see in Athens?

Fully renovated 4th floor apartment 34 sq.m. next to the Larissa station (90 meters). We are located in the lively Central Sector of Athens. Larissa Station has a suburban train and metro. The suburban train connects you directly to the Port of Piraeus and the Airport in just a few minutes !! The metro connects you directly to Syntagma and the Acropolis in just 5 minutes. The National Archaeological Museum is just a 17-minute walk away, while the Motor Museum is just a 12-minute walk away.

It is equipped with a comfortable single bed (towels and linen provided), a big desk, a mini-fridge, A/C and a spacious closet for all your stuff. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, with stores that can provide you with just about anything , yet within walking distance for all major sites and the city buzz. Closest metro/bus station is EVANGELISMOS, which is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The apartment is 1 min from the Kerameikos subway station. 10 min from ancient Agora and 15 min from Plaka. There are plenty of nice restaurants and typical Greek taverns where you can taste world-famous Greek cuisine.
