Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. The suite on the lower level of our barn sleeps up to seven people. It features a king bed with a gas fireplace, a copper air tub with drapes for privacy, a second bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a cute kitchen for your needs. The bathroom shower has field stone walls with a toasty heated pebble floor. Warm weather will have you outside enjoying the rock water feature surrounded by wisteria vines.

This property is located in the perfect location for every hunter, fisherman and boater. We are on the North end of Trumble lake surrounded by thousands of acres of public hunting. We are only 5 miles from Lost Island and 20 miles to the Okoboji area. We have a heated garage for the pets to stay with some kennels provided. Pets are welcome to run the yard and play. No hunting is allowed on the property. There is 300 acres just across the creek to hunt.

Relax upstairs in a large jacuzzi tub. Enjoy grilling on the front porch area and enjoy the park a block away and downtown just three blocks with eateries and shopping downtown.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay or come for some of the great hunting and fishing! This tiny cabin has Wi-Fi, Hulu, mini fridge, AC, heat, coffee maker, microwave and more! Charcoal grill, fire pit, and port a pot. There is a patio area as well. No running water. Coming Spring of 2026!!!!! Outdoor shower and bathroom!!
