Self-contained studio with private entry, located in Cashmere Hills. Escape to a comfortable, warm living area with lovely views on the right day, in a quiet, respectful suburb overlooking the city. Walking distance to endless walking, biking tracks with a choice of tasty cafes close-by. Central city an approx 15 mins drive CHC Airport 30 mins drive. A 'blue bus' route is located 8 min walk up the road. For adrenaline fuel visit the Adventure Park, downhill mountain biking a 20 min drive away.

OCEANSIDE RETREAT

A beachfront studio unit sleeping 5 on the same large rural beachfront property as Penguins Retreat and Whitebait Cottage. The sleeping area of the large unit is divided into two so that the queen bed and the second area with another queen bed and single bed have visual privacy but the wall does not go to the ceiling We do not live on the property so this place suits independent travellers who have a car, wanting to spend time on a west coast beach. Only 3 minutes drive to Hokitika township.

Situated in a private lifestyle setting and just a short walk to the beach and access to the West Coast Cycle Trail. We offer a queen bedroom with bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with filtered water in the room and a microwave for heating your pre cooked meals. On site parking and outdoor seating to enjoy our beautiful sunsets. There is a takeaway/dairy close by as well as Hotel/ Restaurants all just a short drive or cycle. Recently renovated light,airy studio with separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.15 stairs to negotiate to the Apartment as the owner lives downstairs.I include a continental breakfast Semi rural outlook, 5 minutes to airport, 3 minutes to Bishopdale mall (by car).
