Our location is ideal for tourists. 5 minutes from airport. 15 minutes drive to downtown Charlottetown where guests can explore historic sites. 15 minutes drive to Brackley Beach, one of the largest and popular beach in PEI. This newly built basement suite is fully furnished with modern amenities, offering guests a comfortable and convenient stay. We take pride in providing guests with a clean and welcoming environment.

The Little Yellow Cottage

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is located in the Brackley Beach area, just a short drive from the National Park and some of PEI’s best beaches. It’s a great spot for couples or solo travellers while exploring the Island. Nestled among the trees, the cottage offers a peaceful setting with a small deck for sitting outside. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, full bathroom, and a cozy living area, with beautiful touches throughout that make it feel warm and welcoming.

Brackley Beach Tiny Home

Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Kingswick Farm Stay

Rustic meets modern in this timber framed cabin. Pine throughout and loads of natural light give a unique feel. A large loft bedroom and a spacious bathroom are highlights. A simple kitchenet with a hotplate make meal preparation easy. Located 20 minutes from downtown Charlottetown, 15 minutes from the south shore and 25 minutes from the North shore beaches. The Hummingbird cottage is set back from the road with 3 other cottages. Fully equipped with all the extras! Our cottages are conveniently located in the populair north shore area. 20 min away from Charlottetown and Cavendish, and only 5 min away from Brackley Beach. Each tip of the island is easily reached within an 1.5 hours. This is the perfect place to gather your family for a get-a-way and a central place to explore the island!

We now have a fully renovated, waterfront cottage available for weekend getaways or extended escapes. An open concept complete with a Queen bed and two twins bunks, kitchen, bathroom, deck and private hot tub. Located at the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay, guests can enjoy all the Island has to offer from our central location, or get away from it all and enjoy the Off Season star filled nights from the comfort of a hot tub.

Situated on a quiet private lot -a 10 min walk to the beach, our spacious, air conditioned 3 BR cottage with cathedral ceilings is a place to relax & unwind.
