Betta a Yaad Villa is a self-contained, modern on the inside rustic look on the outside Villa, with a beautiful beach Decor loft bedroom. Located in the secure gated community of the Sunshine Village complex on the west end road, Negril. We are centrally located to Everything, we also have a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful walk-in shower/bath room, living room/dining room, washer, dryer , AC, ceiling fan, smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo/CD player, Surveilance camera on the outside .

Native Son Villa on Negril's 7 mile beach

Native Son Villa is our spacious 4 bedroom home away from home. We are right in the middle of the 7 mile beach with a large and private beach. Included in your stay is Angie your home Chef/Villa Attendant. It’s a different concept that people love. Tips are greatly appreciated. Native Son Villa is part of SeaSand Eco Villas Property. We are in process of changing our generator. Please bare with us.Govt is still working on strengthening service FLOW our internet provider can go out sometimes too

Guests pay monthly rent and utilities only without the traditional first, last, & security deposit required thanks to Airbnb coverage. A $500 USD REFUNDABLE utility deposit is required, with the balance returned after final utility charges are deducted. Likewise usage above the deposit will be billed to guests. Utility is NOT included in the rent.
