Our Waterfront family Villa, in the Bahamas awaits

You and Your Family. Our family vacation home, in Freeport Bahamas, has had a facelift. We have replaced flooring, walls, appliances, fixtures, & new furniture throughout. Giving the Villa that spa coastal feeling. On the Channel with a pool in the front yard & beach in the backyard. Dock to tie up or drop our sea kayaks & paddle boards off. Travel down the channel to the ocean and out to sea. Wait! You don't have to go that far :) "We would love to share the island life with you."

Relax with the whole family. The Coconut Villa is 1/4 mile from Coral Beach, and our salt-water (minimal chlorine) swimming pool is just around the corner. This is our only villa with two rooms for sleeping -- a queen bed is in the mid-side studio, and a pull-up double bed is in the anteroom. The kitchen and dining and living room photos are provided you are also accessing (and paying for) the "Lime" villa, which adjoins. Coconut alone is a BR with 3/4 bath and small kitchenette.

Relax at a large (400 sq ft) poolside Villa. Coral Beach is 1/4 mile walk. Shared use of BBQ Grilles, Lounge Chairs, and all grounds. The Steinway piano might be out of tune, but that is all your you. The "Additional Photos" are for rooms in ADJACENT villas. These can be rented simultaneously for parties wanting a second full bed and/or bath. For large parties a 4-villa "Big Vacation-plex" is available that sleeps 14. Pineapple alone is a BR with 3/4 bath and small kitchenette.

Flamingo Lane is an Executive 4000 sq ft 5 bed 3 1/2 bath waterfront island villa, with tropical gardens, pool views out over the canal. Rental includes a 14 ft Skiff and a 8-seat van. Also available for rent is an 18 ft Centre consul with GPS Chart Plotter If required, we can arrange a captain to take you to the beaches, reef, bars, restaurants for an hourly rate. Dockage for boats up to 50'. Nightly rate Rate is good for 8. Over 8 up to 12 additional $85 per person per night

Relax at this peaceful place. Beach is a 5 min walk, and salt-water pool is 20 steps from your door. Agave villa is locked off from an adjacent "Coconut Villa" and across the courtyard from the "Lime Villa" which has a full kitchen. Agave has only a kitchenette. Photos in the "Additional Photos" category are for adjacent villas that can be rented simultaneously. Contact host for availability and pricing. The "Lime" villa also has the courtyard.

Freeport, our Family Friendly island is home away from home. Our Villa is Located on the Channel, with beach on the other side. The sea Kayaks, & paddle boards can be used right out the back door. If you arrive by boat there is no charge to tie up.
