A detached studio/ensuite bathroom. Compact comfy, cosy & quiet. Has a private garden. It's situated in a convenient part of West Hobart, plenty on street parking, public transport outside our door! Only 150m to iconic Hill St Grocer. We have many cafes nearby. North Hobart's restaurant strip only 8mins along leafy Newdegate St, most pleasant inner suburbs. Perfect for solo travelers or a couple! A comfy double bed, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only! FAST WI-FI.

Comfortable and Private in New Town, Hobart

Roomy accomodation with private access. This accommodation DOES NOT have a KITCHEN. Sleeping up to 4 adults. The accommodation is in the downstairs part of the main residential property. It is a 5 minute walk to various cafes, Pizza places etc supermarkets, chemist & post office. Also very close to bus stops which will take you to the city past the well renowned North Hobart restaurant precinct ( which is only a 15 min walk anyway). Direct access provided with a key pad or via hosts.

Located one street from Salamanca - the heart of Battery Point and very short walk to the docks, numerous cafes, restaurants and wine bars. The studio has private access and is self contained and a great base to explore the docks and Hobart from. Enjoy easy walking access to Salamanca markets and MONA ferry. Features a king size bed, kitchenette, ensuit and parking right outside the studio, safe and off street ( a real bonus in Battery Point) Room for large vehicles. .
