Cozy Modern Cottage with Quiet Back Yard

This one bedroom home is very cozy but with plenty of room to stretch out and truly relax. Guests will have access to the entire house Carole and Kerry live nearby and will be at your service should you need anything. Plum Cottage is in the Zilker Park neighborhood. Go for a run on the nearby trails or take a dip in the cool waters of world famous Barton Springs. The cottage is close to great tacos and a true honky-tonk for dancing. If you do not have a car we recommend using Urber to get around. There is also a bus stop only one block away with an express route to downtown. There are several resturaunts, coffee shops and a Walgreens within a few minutes walk.

This 740sf casita is situated behind main house but provides guests with lots of privacy. Pedestrian friendly streets, nearby walking trails, independent stores, record shops, and hip restaurants and bars.

Centrally located, walking distance to Fonda San Miguel, Peached Tortilla, Épicerie, HEB and lots of local shops and restaurants. We're about a 10 min drive or uber ride to downtown, convenient location to UT, the Domain, hiking trails and exploring all that beautiful Austin has to offer.

Enjoy downtown Austin while staying in our peaceful and private studio. The space includes a private fenced patio, large kitchen/living area on the first floor and bedroom/bathroom on the second floor. We also have private off street dedicated parking and are located in one of the top areas in Austin. Just 4 blocks from the famous Franklin bbq, paperboy, moody center etc. this is a great, centrally located spot for exploring the city.

Remodeled down to the studs duplex. Full time licensed vacation rental since 2012. It’s not someone’s home. Private fenced backyard. Located across street from Hula Hut, Quince, Mozart's, bus stop, BoatLanding, & Park. Located in Tarrytown, nicest & safest neighborhood in Austin. I sometimes do maintenance on this Airbnb & go into the backyard. I will try to notify you in advance. Pet Fees $40 per pet after booking.
