Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Just 15 minutes from chch airport, 5 minutes to local shops and restaurants, 20 minutes into the town Centre and just over an hour to the ski fields this rural cottage is central to all your needs. 5 minutes up the road is the National Equine Centre and Mcleans Island which has walks, bike tracks, Orana Zoo and multiple paint balling and other activities.
