The Upper Deck

A little bit of luxury at the lake. Plus the view from the deck is absolutely spectacular! The lake is sandy and shallow, perfect for lounging and water activities. The large front dock features cooler tables and Adirondack chairs. We also have a boat launch and parking for your boat at our back dock. Our brick fire pit is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The newly renovated loft is spacious, cozy and clean. We have installed an RO system in the kitchen for delicious drinking water.

Great location for your every need in North Bay!

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. This beautiful cottage which is overlooking lake Nipissing is located on a peninsula. It accommodates comfortably 8 people. It has a huge fully equipped kitchen open concept to the living room and 2 full washrooms one on each level. There is plenty of parking and a gorgeous "U" shaped dock for various water activities. This home is located near the town of St-Charles which has all your amenities (Groceries, LCBO, pharmacy).
