Modern amenities meets early 20th century charm in our cozy, totally renovated space situated in the hearth of the historic town of Hyde Park and adjacent to the Hudson River. Built in the 1940s, our Cozy Cape is nestled in a quiet neighborhood off of Route 9 & is central to historic sites, shopping, parks, and dining options. Our home is also minutes by car to the Culinary Institute Of America, Walkway Over The Hudson, wineries, antique shops, Marist and Vassar colleges & Town of Rhinebeck!

Custom built new home built purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dining area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Granite, slate, and soapstone accentuate the countertops, vanities, and shower areas. You will also see unique pieces of furniture, accent tables and artwork throughout the house.

This spacious and recently renovated studio was once a room inside Hyde Park's very first hotel. Built in 1780, the 'Park Hotel' became a popular destination for politicians, socialites, and travelers from around the world visiting the beautiful Hudson Valley. Within walking distance to the Hudson River, the Vanderbilt Estate, and other local attractions, you'll find yourself conveniently located near everything that makes this historical town such a wonderful place to visit.

Sunny and Spacious Studio - a serene getaway

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

It comfortably accommodate 4 people (please unreported guest will be charged extra $15 per person per night just be honest about it); located in heart of Hyde Park. Just mins to Culinary Institute of America and Marist College; perfect for parents attending graduations or orientations , FDR Presidential Library, Vanderbilt Mansion and Walkway over the Hudson all within mins away.

This lovingly furnished home in Hyde Park NY overlooks the magnificent Hudson River in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Vanderbilt estates. It comfortably accommodates two guests who have access to all three floors, though the ground floor mainly serves as the front door entryway.
