With 3 train lines/ 2 stations an easy walk away, bustling cafe strips a 10 minute walk and plenty of little neighbourhood coffee shops just metres down the road, this is the perfect location to explore Perth and its surrounds from. Lake Monger waters shimmer from right outside your apartment door. Enjoy a BBQ in the common outdoor area, drinking wine looking at the lake. Free parking.

While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort.
