Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. You’ve found it! This cosy little cabin is tucked away in an elevated position just metres from the river. You’ll enjoy your own private lawn area. It’s perfect for couples seeking peace and quiet, or a romantic getaway. Across the farmland often has cattle or horses grazing. Follow the zig-zag path leading to the jetty. Tie up your own boat if you have one or launch a kayak and explore downstream. Restaurants shops and cafes are nearby. The property has a security camera in the car park.

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Our studio is a cozy and inviting space designed with your comfort in mind. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the abundance of natural light and beautiful calming plants. The studio is located about 400m from the beach. Please note we do not offer cooking amenities.

Our character cottage along side our home is yours to enjoy, close to the Estuary, just a 2 minute walk, where you will often see Dolphins. You’ll love our rustic cottage because the location is very peaceful with many trees & birdlife. Pushbikes available to use for a ride along the estuary front. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers or anyone wanting a relaxing rustic break on the way south. Fully self contained, ideal long or short stays.
