Welcome to Larkinville! A lively but quaint neighborhood with walkable restaurants, shops, breweries and is pretty much 20 minuets from everywhere in Buffalo and our surrounding suburbs. Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story, 5 unit apartment building sitting on a corner lot. Guests get 1 off street parking spot and access to the shared side yard. Very cute, bungalow, 1 BR, 1 Bath, living room, & kitchen. Newly redone with all new furniture & updated décor. BR has a Queen memory foam mattress. LR sofa is a memory foam sleeper. Small fully functional kitchenette. Private patio, perfect for enjoying your coffee ; the park-like backyard neighbors on the golf course of a beautiful country club , allowing for a quiet ,serene and private atmosphere . Netflix, etc w/ an Amazon Fire Stick. No broadcast or cable tv,Parking for one car only

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Located in South Buffalo's Irish Heritage District, the 1500 sq.ft. apartment is fully equipped for a stay, long or short, in a historic Buffalo Neighborhood. It is a stone's throw from some of Buffalo's hottest areas & destinations. Close to the Theater district, nightlife on Chippewa Street, Key Bank Center for Sabres hockey, Bandits Lacrosse and Canalside. It's a great place to stay for a tournament held at Buffalo Riverworks or HarborCenter. Even close enough when in town for a Bills game!

Parkside 1BR: Spacious, Quiet, Covered Parking

Located across from Cazenovia Park and golf course, this first floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is fully renovated and set up to cover all your needs. Ten minutes from downtown Buffalo, the medical campus, Canalside and New Era Field, the home of the Buffalo Bills. A quick half hour drive to wondrous Niagara Falls! A sleeper sofa in the living room allows for up to 3 guests to stay comfortably overnight. There is also one garage parking spot and laundry on site for guests to use.

This cozy, centrally-located studio/1BR is in the heart of Allentown. It is 2 blocks from the new medical campus, five minutes from downtown, five minutes from Elmwood Village, and two minutes from all the bars of Allentown. It is across the street from many of the shops in Allentown. We are passionate about Buffalo and would love to host you and help make your Buffalo experience special. FYI, the unit can be noisy at night, especially on the weekend, and is on the third floor.

Bear’s Den

Quiet three bedroom apartment with new kitchen and all appliances. Off the main roads but still close to Bills Stadium and Downtown Buffalo/Canalside. 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. Lots of parks and nature trails nearby. Large backyard. We have included photos of Bear our Akita, so you will know to expect a large dog on site/in the backyard etc. He loves people and children and loves to say hello. We cannot allow other pets on site because of Bear.
