Lakeside Barn consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which leads onto spacious double bedroom and modern stylish bathroom. The floor is tiled throughout with cosy underfloor heating. There are kayaking, sailing and stand-up paddle boarding available just an 8 minute walk away along the shore of the lake. A secluded location in a designated dark sky area and ideally situated to explore Exmoor National Park.

We have a 1 acre garden with tennis court, 25 acres of meadow with 2 lakes. Stunning Beaches and The South West coast path are about 8 miles away. Excellent pub in village with restaurant.

‘Iris Lodge’ is one of three, private lodges situated on the second lake of ‘Venn Lakes’, on the outskirts of Winkleigh. The lodge has its own, private garden and hot tub, which is not overlooked, and has parking alongside. Coarse fishing is available for an additional £15 per 12 hours, or £25 per 24hrs for up to three of your own rods per person. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, at a maximum number of two.
