Nestled in the hills surrounding Launceston is where you will find this modern country style accommodation only 10 minutes from the city and Launceston's premier attraction the Cataract Gorge. We are located just 10 minutes from the city, where the iconic Tamar Valley Wine Route begins and the unique Tamar Island Wetlands provide one of the most popular visitor attractions in Northern Tasmania.

Get lost on the banks of the Tamar river. With 180 degree views of the river, a cozy lounge with wood heater and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and restorative stay. Relax on the deck, explore the river bank and have a fish off the jetty or even a swim (shoes on and check the tide) Deviot is 30 minutes from Launceston city, close to many boutique wineries. But when you are relaxing in your chalet you'll feel million miles from anywhere.

Stunning Beachside Home

Sandpiper is a stunning home in beachside Low Head. Although we are not beachfront, the beach is 3 mins walk via the boardwalk opposite the house. Relax in front of the open fire, snuggle up in the cosy bedrooms, explore the beach and neighbourhood on the bikes. There are 3 bedrooms to choose from a king, queen or twin rooms. Two and a half bathrooms are convenient for familes. A modern kitchen is perfect for self catering. The entire house is yours to enjoy.

Beachfront Tasmania | Greens Beach

Direct access to Greens Beach via the back deck. You can amble to the water's edge or head along the walking track into Narawntapu National Park for a longer walk. Relax and enjoy the view from the huge deck or inside from the floor to ceiling windows. A perfect family or large group stay with room for groups of 10. Recent renovations headed up by Tasmanian interior designer Design Frank, means styling with unique character and a Tasmanian flare.
