Stylish Studio

The lovely native garden in front of this studio apartment welcomes you on arrival. The studio is below the main house which is also available on Airbnb. Through the turquoise door is a clean and calm place to wind down. The brand-new bathroom is fresh and stylish. The new king-size bed is very comfortable for lounging on or sleeping in. The cushioned bed head is ideal to lean against as you read, use the free wifi or watch tv. It's similar in size to a hotel studio. Not suitable for children.

Waddle inn

Waddle inn farm stay is located in Rowella in the beautiful Tamar valley wine growing region, walking distance to Iron Pot Bay, and Holm oak vineyards. We are also just around the corner from the beautiful Waterton Hall Estate, a beautiful wedding and event venue. Waddle inn started life as Vintners Nest vineyard, the guest house used to be the tasting shed. The grape vines are sadly long gone and the space has undergone a transformation into a large modern and charming family holiday space.

"The Crib" is a stand alone unit in a quiet cul-de-sac in Riverside, it shares a 1400 sq mt internal block with the main house. It has great views overlooking the Tamar River and Launceston. "The Crib" is a quiet, sunny relaxing self contained unit tastefully decorated with a modern kitchen consisting of good quality appliances, linens, comfy furnishings and smart t.v. Ideal for a single or a couple.

A comfortable and charming granny flat. Surrounded by bush, garden and Mt. Barrow and Ben Lomond views across the bay. The use of Tasmanian timbers and Colorbond makes the flat experience unique & memorable. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids along with fur kid (ONLY 1 PET IS allowed if you mare than that, than we are sorry!) welcome we are fully fenced (Not inside the flat though).
