This is a great one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a house. My place is close to the beach, public transport, the Steamship Authority ferry, Black Dog Tavern, Main Street Vineyard Haven, Stop & Shop grocery, and lots of great shopping. You’ll love the convenience! Walk to the apartment right off the ferry boat. Lots to do in walking distance, and onsite parking. The Martha's Vineyard Museum is a 5 minute walk, down the same street. My place is great for couples and solo adventurers.

This apartment features a living room area (with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, a pull out murphy bed, and a pull out couch bed. Kitchen: coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc. Single bathroom. This unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.

The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

This is an incredible property! Renovated and spotless with all the amenities to make your stay feel like home, only better. Downtown Oak Bluffs and her beautiful beaches are within a five-minute walk. There is a local market and deli right next door where you can find anything you need in a pinch, and a great BBQ restaurant across the street. This second floor apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a queen pullout couch. Smart TVs, full kitchen and laundry plus much more!

Located in the heart of historic downtown Sandwich, Upstairs on Main is the perfect place to stay for a vacation in the quaint seaside town of Sandwich. The one bedroom studio is located on the second floor of a historic building which once was the town post office. It's been newly renovated and is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, historic landmarks and a 2 minute drive to the famous boardwalk beach. 3rd fl Waterfront Oak Bluffs Harbor Penthouse- Sleeps 2 comfortably-3 in a pinch. (356sqft) . Queen bed & a reclining futon couch. With kitchenette & amazing harbor views, you cannot get closer to harbor, unless you fell in. Located above a seasonal restaurant, with 5 open air restaurants (2 on each side, & were in the middle with our restaurant Lobsterville Bar & Grille below)

Located within our family home, a historic structure dating back to the mid 19th century, originally Sawin Hall. Other incarnations of our home include The Second Advent Church and the Fairhaven Grange Hall.
