Old Lake St Cottage

Ideal for a stay when visiting to see the local attractions and events, easy proximity to the township that comprises of Lake Wallace, Lake Wallace Hotel, supermarket, post office, coffee shops, robe massage , local butchers, parks, swimming pool (seasonal), Race Course, Motorcross club, Edenhope Equestrian Reserve, Golf Club, home to the Edenhope Apsley Football Club. This Old House is currently in a makeover phase. Please understand although I do my utmost to make sure it’s clean, it’s old.

Dufholme Cottage ;

Our heritage cottage has original presed tin ceilings and timber floors. It is not a modern cottage but has all mordern apliancess with exception of the cooker which whilst being older is functioal and clean .There is a kitchen dresser which has tea coffe and cooking oil salt pepper and vaurious spices.Also in the fridge you will find milk drive.We are also on the alternate route from Melbourne to Adelaide. A continental breakfast provided for overnight guests UPON REQUEST ONLY

The Yellow Duck

Centrally located spacious 3bdrm 1950s art deco style home. Less than 100 mts to Lake Wallace, the Lake Wallace Hotel, the Supermarket, the Red Tail Art Gallery, the Bakery, the Edenhope Swimming Pool, and Henley Park. A peaceful spot to getaway, work, or play. Room to park your boat or caravan off street. A tailored menu designed by Kings Katering provided with delivery available. No wi-fi currently however free wi-fi is available at the Edenhope Library located 400 mts.

Escape your busy lifestyle and come and relax as a couple or family at Karnak Farm stay. See the stars above you at night while you enjoy the peace around the campfire and wake to the sound of birdlife in the morning. The perfect place to relax! Fresh chook eggs to collect each day. The wet wintery days can be enjoyed in front of the indoor fireplace with board games for all ages. Local attractions include the Goroke Silos and Mt Arapiles for the walking enthusiasts.

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is on the banks of Lake Wallace. It has old world charm and is furnished with genuine antiques fitting the historical aesthetics of the dwelling. The morning sun rises over the lake with a perfect view from the bedrooms lounge and veranda. Comfortable and homely. Well suited for workers away from home, people visiting family in the West Wimmera, bird watchers, and tourists. Perfect for Work or Play or Work and Play. The cottage is enchanting!!

We are located on Commercial St, Kaniva, within 5-minute walk from the Commercial Hotel, Club Hotel, the Kaniva Community Roadhouse, and the town centre. All our rooms are equiped with tea, coffee, reverse cycle air conditioning, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing facilities, ensuite bathroom, TV and DVD player. Free WIFI internet access is available to all rooms. Password can be found above the bench on the wall.
