Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Fußläufig sind Bäcker (ca. 100 m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und die Innenstadt von Westerland erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

80 m² Wohnung mit Außenpool und Infrarotkabine

Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2023 im UG und im Frühjahr 2024 im EG hochwertig kernsaniert. Daher existieren zum Teil vom Innenbereich noch keine Bilder. Die Wohnung ist an einer der engsten Stellen der Insel-in Rantum. In ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man an der Meerseite oder aber an der Wattseite. Zu der Einheit gehört ein eigener Gartenanteil mit Strandkorb. Pool steht ab Mai bis ca. Mitte September zur Verfügung.
