This cozy little spot is on the water! It has lots of fishing and swimming spots!The Newfoundland Distillery is within walking distance(1.6km). It’s 10 minutes from Brigus which has E&Es, Brigus Sea Salt and Thyme and is also home of the Blueberry Festival. It’s 10 minutes to Mad Rock Cave, the Mad Rock Hiking Trail and the new Bay Roberts Brewery! It’s 25 minutes to the Stone Jug and Earls Horse Back Riding in Carbonear! It is within driving distance to Salmon Cove Sands and Northern Bay Sands!

Close to all amenities of St. John's, within 10 minute drive of Avalon Mall & Health Sciences and 15 minute drive from downtown. Well stocked kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, Keurig, mini-fridge + basic essentials + snacks. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor sun-house. Private, peaceful, beautiful .

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. Ocean front cottage with million dollar view

One bedroom cottage in Normans cove a fishing village just an hour outside of St. John's. Queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. One and a half bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, living room, large decks with a barbecue and lounge furniture. It has all amenities, including cable, internet, and an eclectic collection of books. On the Sea. A cozy bunky with double bed .. a large window and glass door looking at our cliffside with a private little porch. Off the porch is a sink with running water, but as part of the compound all amenities are available incl full washroom. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions.
