Rustic firepit for toasting marshmallows. Access to the beach is shared with unit behind. Family bookings preferred. Linen & towels included.

Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Renovated beachfront holiday home with stunning sea views, open-plan living and great indoor-outdoor flow. Two large bedrooms with good wardrobes and storage, and a third bedroom with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area opens onto a large deck and lawn area with great sun. Our home is on a large elevated property on the inner city harbour with our own access to the water and boat shed, where there are kayaks available to use. The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and generous in size. Also we have Nespresso coffee maker for your enjoyment.
