Sitting directly on the Savannah River, this incredible retreat provides impeccable day and night waterfront views from inside its quarters or from any of its outdoor spaces. Inside, the open floor plan features a spacious kitchen/living area and a queen sized guest suite with patio access that leads to a rooftop deck. <5 miles from Augusta National, on swim portion of IRONMAN.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
