Come enjoy all the northeastern Vermont has to offer! Whether hiking Pisgah or going right out the door onto 350 acres of state land or tons of other trails. Westmore is known for stunning Lake Willoughby with swimming, boating and has it's own Farmer's Market on Mondays. The Kingdom Trails for mountain biking are just 25 minutes away in East Burke. The surrounding towns have outdoor concerts, antiques, great food, craft breweries and historic sites. Or relax and take in the view from our deck!

Trailside Home in East Burke

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

Waterfront cabin

This one bedroom waterfront guest cabin is located on Great Hosmer Pond in the beautiful town of Craftsbury Common, Vermont. The ownerof the property live in the main house. The cabin has access to the cross country ski trails of the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Swimming dock on property with access to kayaks. The cabin is made of double tongue and grooved red western cedar. The cabin is available year round except for 'mud season'. Please take note that this is a rustic cabin and not a hotel.

Clyde River Farm & Forest's secluded Northeast Kingdom river retreat, the Clyde River House provides stunning views, shoreline, numerous birds, including bald eagles, nesting osprey, blue herons, and a pair of loons. Canoes and kayaks available for your use. Hiking, biking, cross country, downhill skiing trails, and snowmobile trails are within a short hike or drive of the house. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Follow trails through forest & meadow to the nearby Gold Mine Trail. The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! This is more than a stay; it is an escape with miles of trails and a private pond waiting for you to explore.

Indescribable 270 degree panorama VT/NH/Quebec. Accommodations- custom house and 144 acres bordering SP above Lake Willoughby. Recreate from front door! - Hike, mountain bike, snowshoe, stargaze, stormwatch, X-County ski. Downhill ski (25 min Burke, 45 min Jay). IMPORTANT: With "top of mountain" views come "top of mountain" remoteness, snow, wind, and ADVENTURE. Steep access requires 4/AWD AND Severe Snow Service tires (google “3PMSF”) or Chains November-April.

Scenic cottage Echo Lake, Charleston, Vermont!

This charming cottage is very quiet & private, with sweeping views of Echo Lake and Bald Mountain. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation. Walk down to your own private beach on Echo Lake. The approximate 5.5 loop around Echo is great for walking and biking. It’s about 15-30 minute drive to area restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and scenic sites. Kingdom trails is 30 minutes. Bring your passports as Canada is just 20 minutes away.

One bedroom house in pastoral setting with deck, small pond and screened in sitting area. Newly renovated kitchen and full bath. Kick back with a book in front of the stove after a day on the trails or out on the amazing NE kingdom gravel roads at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center (4 mi). Short stroll to maple buns at the Genny or Creemees at Village Store (1/2 mi). Spend the day on the lake at Caspian (8 mi). Stock up at Hill Farmstead Brewery (10 mi).
