This unique apartment is within walking distance to the Bizz Johnson Trail, as well as Uptown Susanville, and is a space to relax for the weekend, bike the local trails, or explore the surrounding natural areas of Northern California. Apartment has a separate private entrance around the back side of the main house, with rock stairs through the rose and lavender gardens and views of the mature vineyard. Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot.
