Nice place to sleep 3 to 8 people when you come to town or you have guests from out of town visiting and need some extra room. We have plenty of parking, we can accommodate, boats and trailers. The parking lot has cameras for extra security. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with stair access only. We have a private gym only used by a few people on the first floor, so there will be some noise during the day. The gym is included and can be reserved just for you if those hours are available.

You are within walking distance to the historical downtown district, where you will find food and shopping. You can walk to the Backhome Festival, RegattaFest, Vintage Regatta, and other Main Street events. This apartment was a commercial building converted into an apartment. The stand up shower is small. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator. There is a large stainless steel table for food prep. There is one large sink for washing dishes and no dishwasher.
