Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking a grassy reserve & native bush, this self contained studio features a brand new ensuite and kitchenette. Take in the beautiful view of Ohiwa Harbour and the native birdlife from the comfort of your bed or from the private deck. Make use of our kayaks and paddle board on the harbour, relax in the heated pool, or take an easy stroll over to Ohope beach for a swim. Located in the heart of Rotoma, close to Cafe , boat ramp & service station. One of only 10 properties on the lake side with a large reserve area at the rear of the property. 30 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. Suitable for family groups wanting spend time together or groups of friends wanting to catch up. Busy times between December & March & long weekends, prioritory will be given to longer bookings, particularly for January which will be 5 nights or more.

Ohope at it's best, loved family home

Our beach house is a real treasure. Over the last 10 years we have worked hard towards what it is today and would love to share this little piece of paradise. It has easy indoor/outdoor flow and beachy interior. The beach is across the road, through the dunes and onto the beach. The house is easy living with all the modern cons and a few games to match. It has 3 bedrooms with one bedroom set up Marae style which sleeps 5. The other 2 bedrooms have a king bed each.

Main House sleeps 8 and the 5th bedroom is available in the outside cottage with 2 king single beds at an extra charge of $100 per night. To add the cottage to your booking you MUST select 9 guests. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac over looking the the Whakatane River .1 km from the shopping center. It is a large home on 2 levels with kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom, laundry,queen bedroom and study on the ground floor. Upstairs is Master queen bedrooms opening out onto a upstairs deck with en suite, a queen bedroom and a single room with 2 king single beds.A bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
