Bring your own horse to stay in a covered yard for $35 per horse per night. This includes the use of a 60 x 40-metre arena & lake & trail access.

Lake Cottage

Lake Rotoma is a beautiful pristine lake - great trout fishing! Enjoy 180deg views of the lake from the extensive deck, cottage faces north, sun all day. Walk across the road to the beach which is great for safe swimming and all water sports. There are two bedrooms inside the Cottage and third bedroom is a large sleep out with bedding. There is a fireplace, wood available, TV, a full kitchen with two fridges, stove and microwave. Also a BBQ, table tennis table and two kayaks for guest use.

Lake Rotoiti Sanctuary

This waterfront home has undergone a stylish sophisticated renovation while retaining a bach like appearance. Wake up to water and bush views drift of to sleep after watching majestic sunsets. A unique getaway that accommodates 6 guests with 2 bathrooms master bedroom upmarket sleepout & chic retro caravan. Open plan living, dining & fully equipped kitchen. Large covered deck facing hills & 2 decks facing the lake. Rotorua is a short drive where there is a huge range of adventures to explore.

Walk straight off the deck and down the steps to the wood-fired spa pool and stunning Lake Rotoehu. Swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating and bush walking are on your doorstep. The Barefoot Lodge is great for couples, families (with kids), and groups of up to 12 people.

Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds each with ensuite bathroom, one with wet-area shower. Separate well equiped office, wifi and printer. Ample parking for 2 vehicles. Relax or dine in the sunny conservatory or garden pergola overlooking peaceful Sullivan Lake Park. Located 5 mins to CBD, 12 mins to Ohope Beach. Unfenced to the lake, unsuitable for under 12's.

Lakeside Luxury

We can accommodate 2 extras in the Pod Room at extra cost. Located in the heart of Rotoma, close to Cafe , boat ramp & GAS station. One of only 10 properties on the lake side with a reserve area at the rear of the property. 30 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. Suitable for family groups wanting spend time together, or couples wanting time out. Dec - March & long weekends, priority will be given to longer bookings, particularly for January which will be 5 nights or more.
