There is a tavern, coffee cart, pharmacy/doctors 1 min walk from the front door and an honesty box with local produce on the front lawn!!

One of only 10 properties on the lake side with a large reserve area at the rear of the property. 30 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. The best feature of our place is its proximity to Ohope Beach less than a minutes walk. There are good sea views from the upstairs open plan kitchen, dining & living areas. An all day sunny deck with BBQ, outdoor dining & lounger, the King master bedroom & ensuite is on this level. Downstairs has 2 queen bedrooms, bathroom, seperate toilet & laundry. Downstairs patio has a spa pool, wine barrel leaner, chairs & lounger. There are 3 heat pumps & plenty of parking on site.
