No public transport. The place is just outside Town of Borganes (7-8 km) where you can find a discount store. Interesting places nearby are Langjökull, Barnafossar, Deildartunguhver (hot spring) and Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Also short drive to Reykjavik (80 km) and Golden Circle (100 km).
