Just like a good wine, this centrally located holiday home at the north end of Waihi Beach with all the toys is best enjoyed with good friends and family. A generous sized apartment with free Wi-Fi. [ultra fast broadband] Location is a key feature of this propery! Quiet upmarket residential street in Downtown Mount Maunganui. Walking distance to shops, hot pools, restaurants, bars, boutiques, four square supermarket, butcher, wineshop and has a private right of way to the beach. We share the private back yard & laundry areas and are very respectful of privacy. Off road parking a bonus for this location.

Our place is close to the beach and family-friendly activities but also tucked away so you can still enjoy the piece and quiet. The cottage is situated on the front half of a large subtropical shared landscaped garden.
