Farm-style, organic Continental breakfast included if you request AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Unit is in the upper half of barn, highly-insulated, and set 30 feet behind main home. Additional queen bed in detached log room for two extra guests w/bathroom shared in apartment . All greeted at arrival to secure parking-brief tour. (4 pm earliest)

Country sounds —coyotes, cows and roosters (right next door). The pool is about 150' away & ALSO AVAILABLE TO OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. Reserve the times you want. $50 per pet fee. NO ADULT PARTIES AND NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS at any time during the stay. Charge per adult after 4 is $15 per person.
