Nordic Lake Cabin : Sauna/Hot Tub/Pontoon Rental

We finished building this modern Scandinavian cabin in spring 2020. It’s been featured in Vogue and on Magnolia Network. The cabin sits at the end of the road on a private lot with a perfect view of sunsets over the nature side of the lake. Drive past farm fields, into the woods, and onto our private gravel road, arriving at the driveway. Watch loons, tundra swans, eagles, beavers and deer while you relax by the lake. Pontoon boat rental is available as an add on! Pets welcome for a $90 fee!

On River’s Bend | Apple River, Snowshoe, Woodstove

Perched high on the banks of the Apple River, this timber-framed cabin offers spectacular views of the river and wildlife. We’ve spotted bald eagles, deer, ducks, geese, great blue heron, golden eagle, fox, beaver, bear and wild turkey from the comfort of the cabin. One hour from the Twin Cities, it’s the perfect cabin getaway for couples, friends, and families. Located on private acreage in Amery, WI you will be near rivers, lakes, hiking trails and all that Northern Wisconsin has to offer.

Quiet Seclusion at Trade River Retreat Cabin

Remote, tranquil, quiet and exceedingly private getaway right on the banks of a protected river, only 1.5 hours from the Twin Cities! Even the beautiful drive there is relaxing. Enter a world of peace and calm deep in the woods. Make delicious meals in a well-stocked modern high-end kitchen, play in the river, relax in the sauna or enjoy a bonfire. This is not your typical cabin but a spiritual eco-oasis with a unique eclectic blend of modern, rustic, Native American and Japanese aesthetic.

Lil’ Kickback on Elk Creek (Eau Claire area)

Remote, tranquil, quiet and private getaway on 5.8 acres on the banks of the Elk Creek; only 1.5 hours from the Twin Cities! This creek is known as a class 1 trout stream. Guests can enjoy fishing, sight seeing, canoeing and kayaking the Chippewa River or Elk Lake, biking, hiking, atv/utv and snowmobile trails nearby as well. Enter a world of peace and calm deep in the woods. This is a beautiful rustic cabin that has been beautifully restored. Permit issued and inspected by Dunn County.

PoCo Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this lakefront cabin. Sit on the deck to hear the loons and enjoy the "best view on the lake" according to the neighbors. All new furniture and appliances are sure to have you comfortable as can be. Turn on the gas fireplace if you need to take the chill off, or just for some ambiance as you nestle into the couch for a movie. The two bedrooms are appointed with new beds and linens. The couch opens to a comfortable bed for more personal space if needed.

Water's Edge House on Tainter Lake

Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. Some guests say its a "private location", but we are on a very active lake with houses close by. Please read our "other details to note" for more info.

Kamshire Valley (Main Cabin)

25 minutes from Menomonie (UW-Stout), 45 minutes to Eau Claire, 1 hr 15 minutes to MN. Kamshire Valley's Main Cabin offers an abundance of wildlife viewing, an inviting large brick patio and firepit, miles of trails for snowshoeing, hiking and cross-country skiing. Has 1 bedroom with Queen bed; If you need more rooms we have 2 additional rustic cabins (air, heat-no bathroom) that are available for additional $50/ cabin/night. The best nature has to offer, bring your camera!

Cozy Lakeside Cabin + Woodstove by Interstate Park

Filled with the coziest vibes, vintage touches, and sun soaked windows, Alkov Cabin is your sweet little getaway about an hour from Minneapolis! Built in 2023 by the owners and filled with lots of old charm. Enjoy a fire overlooking the lake, a walk at a nearby nature preserve, a book on the sofa, all with a view of Bridget Lake in western WI. Cozy Cabin on Kirby Lake - Stuga Wald

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this quaint little cabin on Kirby Lake. If you are looking for rest and retreat, this place is for you! The cabin is open concept with the living space, dining, kitchen, and bathroom on the main level. The loft boasts two twin beds that each pull out into a king, as well as a pull-out couch downstairs. Enjoy the tranquility of a sunset paddle, evening campfire, the call of loons, and the simplicity Stuga Wald has to offer.

Cabin 2 - Northwoods themed 1 BR, lakefront cabin.

Relax in this cozy lakefront cabin. This north woods themed cabin is perfect for a couple looking for a weekend or week-long getaway. The cabin includes a fully stocked kitchen, a 3/4 bathroom and a separate living area. Relax outside on the attached, covered deck or walk 30 feet to your own dock. Bring your boat and enjoy all that the Chetek Chain of Lakes has to offer. Or rent one of our pontoons by the hour or by the day.

Cottage in Porcupine Valley - beautiful location

Beautiful, beautiful cabin. Nested in the middle of the Porcupine Valley, this cabin is a place for you to find rest and relaxation. Sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds is probably the best part of the cabin. Attractive flower beds, large yard, spacious interior, pond, and creek. Back porch, front porch, and upper balcony. Great for a family getaway or a low-key long weekend away from the city.
