Located in midst of our 155 acre Lake Oconee Equestrian Center trails, our cozy, renovated cabin offers peace and privacy. Just minutes from Lake Oconee, Great Waters golf course (Masters are played here regularly), the Ritz Carlton and all of the Oconee Lake Area shopping and amenities. Meet our performance horses (on appointment), hike our 9.5 miles of private trails and enjoy your large yard and patio. All new furniture, new roof, new HDTV with premium streaming, new A/C and new washer/dryer.

Escape to a tranquil, adult-only, 1-bedroom cottage on 12 acres of peaceful hardwood forest. Spend the morning lazing on the screened porch or walk the trails & watch for deer and birds. Just 6 miles away, Watkinsville offers small town shopping & dining. Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

River Bottom Bungalow

Pamper yourself with a very private Bungalow in the peaceful woods of west Athens (approx. 15 min from UGA). This newly renovated SPA-like space is a haven for wellness and relaxation. Situated on the Oconee River in the lovely River Bottom neighborhood, you'll enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your own private custom-built cedar sauna, spacious marble shower, outdoor Jacuzzi, king bed & more. The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

The perfect escape for horse lovers and/or fishing fanatics! Bring your horse for an amazing vacation or, for experienced riders, enjoy riding one of ours. With over 150 acres, miles of trails, and a well stocked private lake you are sure to have an amazing visit! Just a short drive from Athens or Augusta if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay after a game or making your way to the Master’s tournament.
