Originally built in 1892 for offices, you can now enjoy the comforts of home in this fully furnished one bedroom, one bath 2nd floor residence. Along with original hard wood floors and woodwork, you will find one bedroom with queen size bed and open concept kitchen and living space with one queen size sofa sleeper. Included is off street parking and a private balcony. Located within walking distance to restaurants and businesses. It’s a 20 minute drive to Clinton, IA or Sterling/Rock Falls, IL.

Our condo is in the heart of Sterling, just a couple miles from grocery, gas, restaurants. Traveling to Sterling for business or pleasure? Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a fully equipped private retreat complete with kitchen and laundry. No noisy neighbors! Going out for every meal gets old, stay in, relax and save money while doing it. Sterling is located 2 hours west of Chicago and a half hour east of Iowa. We are an easy drive to Galena and many other small mid west towns.

The house is one level with a detached 2 car garage. Accessible through the alleyway behind the house. Alongside is a paved parking space. The home is clean and comfortable with window darkening blinds throughout. Central heating and air conditioning to keep the house comfortable. You'll never run out of hot water because it uses a Richmond hot water system. There are also 4 ceiling fans throughout. And multiple charging docks are provided for your phones, tablets, computers, etc.
