Welcome to our quirky blue cottage in the city! We're conveniently located in the charming, historic Cottage Home Neighborhood and steps from The Bottleworks District. This artful digs is walkable to countless bars, restaurants, parks, boutiques, and nightlife destinations, making it an ideal and convenient getaway. Enjoy the backyard, cozy up near the backyard fire, explore Indianapolis museums, sightsee on bike, get your city fix, and fire up your late night plans. Pack your bags, this is it.

Cozy and Comfortable, great Fall destination!

This house is an old model, but it is a cozy comfortable house and will everything you need for your stay. In Brownsburg it's only minutes from the Indianapolis Raceway Park and the Lucas Oil Raceway. There is plenty of entertainment and food options within driving distance and a couple you can walk to. I have wifi and streaming with a Fire Stick available on the TV. I do not have cable. I have Netflix, Disney, HBO. Feel free to bring your own Streaming Devices to access your own shows.

If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.
