Welcome to our light filled and comfortable lower level apartment boasting a window in every room. The entrance is from our lovely back yard with an inviting northwest facing deck. Our home is located in a quiet cup-de-sac away from the noise and bustle of downtown and the university, while still being within easy driving distance of both. The kitchen contains all necessary cookware for creating meals. We do have dogs and they use the back yard where the apartment entrance is located.
