Cozy family house with spacious garden

Spacious and comfortably furnished house with a beautifull, sunny garden. The house has a modern cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent wifi. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

Prachtige 6-persoons woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien o.a. regendouche, oven, vaatwasmachine etc. Voor de deur ligt de prachtige rivier de Vecht waar je heerlijk in kan zwemmen. Amsterdam is slechts 30 minuten rijden. Het huis staat vooraan op een vakantiepark waar van de faciliteiten gebruik gemaakt kan worden zoals tennisbaan, kinderbadje en een heerlijke pizzeria. Let op: De trap naar de 2de verdieping is enigszins stijl. Minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Hilversum and Utrecht are located closeby and Amsterdam is only 30 minutes away by train from the station 2.5 km down the road. Water and woodlands surround the area, with beatiful walks and sailing trips to be found. The dead end road on which the property is situated means there is very little traffic.

In de ruime en goed ingerichte keuken kunt u met alle ruimte en plezier vrij uit koken. Boven bevind zich de ruime slaapkamer met een groot tweepersoons bed, airco en daar aanliggend de badkamer.
