Dit mooi gestylede huisje ligt in de oude dorpskern van Vreeland. Een prachtig karakteristiek dorpje aan de Vecht, zowel dichtbij Utrecht als Amsterdam (20 min. naar beide steden). Vreeland ligt praktisch aan de Loosdrechtse Plassen. Je kunt hier overal heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en varen. Of je gaat lekker naar de stad. Het huisje heeft een fijne sfeer, een mooie houtkachel en is goed uitgerust. Op loopafstand heb je leuke restaurantjes, een perfect ijswinkeltje en een kleine dorps-supermarkt.

De woonark is gelegen aan een brede rivierbocht tussen het pittoreske dorpje Vreeland en het langgerekte Nederhorst den Berg. Een oase van rust en een inspiratiebron voor relaxte bezinning! De Polderschuur is een zelfstandige woning voor maximaal 2 personen, met alle voorzieningen die u zich kunt wensen. Op de benedenverdieping komt u binnen in de gezellige woonkamer met keuken. In de lichte, stijlvol ingerichte woonkamer is het heerlijk toeven. Ontspan op de grote bank met een goed boek of kijk een film of uw lievelingsprogramma op de tv met uitstekend geluidssysteem en radio. De keuken heeft een koelkast, vaatwasser, combimagnetron, snelkookapparaat en Nespressoapparaat.

Achter ons huis staat De Schuur, een romantisch, sfeervol en uniek gastenverblijf, voorzien van alle gemakken zodat je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen en je je geniet modus aan kunt zetten. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.

A cosy romantic house on the water, near Amsterdam. With free parking in front of the house. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam city. Here is a country atmosphere in the village 's Graveland. Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.
