**NO POOL HEATING FEES!** Our house is a coastal home with a spectacular enclosed in-ground pool, situated beach front directly on the Delaware Bay with unobstructed water views. Private access to the beach is down a short set of steps from the house. The fully enclosed heated Viking in-ground pool with retractable roof has a water slide and allows use of pool year round. From kitchen to beach toys, the house is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible!

This delightful 2 BR, 1 bath was built for rest, relaxation & recharging at the shore! One story, 3 steps to enter, small backyard with gas grill & dining table. Guests must be 25yrs or older to book AND to stay on the premises. ID verification for guests may be requested by host to confirm age.
