Our home is close to Walt Disney World - Shopping - Restaurants . You’ll love the fully stocked granite kitchen, ALL SMART TVs in EVERY room, the views (fireworks), the location, the high ceilings & ceiling fans. Our home is great for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Laundry room is INSIDE. The garage is full of games (air hockey, pool & foosball) The pool has a covered lanai with table & chairs for outdoor eating while overlooking our lake with a lighted fountain.

This romantic cottage is perfect for some much-needed relaxation. Your private fenced-in yard has its own outdoor dining area, charcoal grill, paver walkway, and fire chiminea. Nicely located within 2 miles of Historic Downtown Deland, there are numerous unique shops, exquisite eateries, and exciting nightlife nearby. Comfy, clean and cute! Only 5 min drive to downtown. The house is one story and located in a quaint neighborhood. Inside as you entered there is a spacious living room with a L shaped couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.
