Perfect space for someone working out of town, visiting family, passing through or a college student wanting to live off campus. Room is on main floor of 2 story house. My family does live here so we would share use of the kitchen, fitness equipment, back yard, entrance of the house, etc. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower which would be shared if the other rooms are rented. Each room has its own mini fridge, microwave, Keurig & blender. Barbershop and Tanning salon onsite 💈☀️

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located within walking distance of restaurants and a coffee shop. This location is only a few blocks from North Dakota State College of Science. You will have access to the entire lower level, including a full bath, laundry facilities, television with multiple streaming services, books and games galore! This is our home so you may hear us upstairs. we try to keep the noise to a minimum when we have guests.
